Regardless of how you may personally feel about the unfolding of current events in the media, be careful you don't let yourself get caught up in the negative fray. Change the channel on your television or radio. You've been informed about what's going on, so process this information in your own time, in your own way...without constant outside bombardment. It's not good for you. Emotionally, psychologically or spiritually. Vibrationally it's perpetuating a lot of agitation in people right now. Be conscious of this in your dealings with others. I urge you to focus your energy on the positive endeavours in your day instead.
